on a better note, i worked out today, just a short cardio session and then did abs with a friend. it was enjoyable. i showered at the gym because i then had to go babysit. as i was getting ready, i was dressed, and was brushing my hair, this adorable asian lady said to me, "you already have a great figure, you don't need to work out."

thank you very much adorable asian lady. at least you make me feel attractive. i bet she'd make out with me.
