he asked for wings so he could fly
he got no answer but decided he'd try
he asked for life so life wouldn't go

his soul said "jump"

his mind said "no!
now is not the time to try to fly
not when you could so easily die!"

"but i have wings!"
he shouted to the night

and with all his faith

he jumped

and took flight
