so i'm supposed to be studying for cardiovascular management right now. i studied all afternoon you see. i studied with rob and we got a very decent and productive 4 hours in. i just wanted to go over everything one more time by myself and commit all the formulas and normal values to memory. harder than one may think. but i'm getting there. then it came to me that i should update my blog because it's been a week since i have.
had a great week to tell you the truth. stressful at times, tiring at others but still good. beau was here last weekend and i saw him twice while he was. once, i went to his aunt's for dinner then out to blues on whyte with him and cathaleen. then he came over here on tuesday and had dinner with us. afterwards we went and saw the funniest movie i've seen in ages - "Napolean Dynamite." ("what are you going to do today Napolean Dynamite?" "Whatever I feel like I want to do... G-awwwwwwwwd...") so funny right from the get to the very end when he says, "Sorry I'm late. I had to tame a wild honeymoon stallion." his favourite animal is a liger! if you haven't seen it, go now. it's playing at the princess theatre for the next while at least. the link i listed gives it a crap review. ignore it. who do you trust more? some dumb guy from chicago or beautiful, talented, honest, witty and strange me? then we went to the billiard club and played some pool. it got to be too late very quickly and i took him home. i still suck at pool. my summer goal to improve just never happened. maybe over christmas?
i had a lot of homework this week but managed to squeeze alex in on thursday night and i'm glad i did. i miss him throughout the week. went out on friday with him to mcouat's new place and then i just did homework on saturday. all day. literally. until alex came over at 9 to watch "Rainman" with me. that's another excellent movie! i had never seen it in it's entirety and now, i finally did. just a question for all of you who have seen it, do you really think that charlie went back to visit raymond after ray had to go back? i have the feeling that maybe he just... didn't. when alex came over he brought me 3 pink roses! they are so beautiful! currently, they are destroying the darkness in my room. i love having fresh flowers. i love how he knows that.
today, woke up at 9:30, got ready, ate, did some chores, studied a little and then went to rob's to study. you know the rest. sorry i'm so uneventful. this is the life of a hard working student. now, i'd best finish my studies or i'll be in freak out mode tomorrow.
