"I Got Sunshine In A Bag"

Today has been a better day so far. I suppose it could still all fall apart and I'd be hurtled down a hill and over a cliff with no bottom and only my own horrid thoughts to drive me insane for eternity. What would you think about once you stopped screaming and then stopped wondering, 'When will I reach the bottom?'? I had 2 classes, doubles of each, and I'm beginning to feel better about school and not studying over the summer. It's coming back, somewhat, and so far the teachers have been patient about answering questions pertaining to old material. Also, I've been diligent (again, so far) about doing a review when I get home.

I was off at noon today due to the fact that labs don't begin until next week, so I did some review, had a nap, lunch and went for a run. The run was difficult. It's been about a month, probably more, since I went last. I still have a cold + asthma + poor physical shape. I did run 2km in 14 min. though and if I remember right, that's better than normal. I varied the speed throughout this run while I'd normally keep it steady. Tomorrow, I plan to run 20 min. I also did 2 sets of the ab routine. I started on the 3rd, thinking I may as well try it, and after about 5 leg lifts, honestly could not move anymore. I didn't think that possible. I will work on that too.

I'm on a self-improvement kick.

Rhian, just watch Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow first. Screw IMD! Raiders of the Lost Ark looked dumb to begin with too.

Michelle, I meant looking up movie title on IMDb to see if there was a more stupid title than Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Even my movie's title is better than that! But you shall see, Michelle, SCatWoT will suck mightily, and I will be redeemed. After all, if Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie are in it, it can't be good. It's a law. Their collective suckiness will cause entire theatres to implode. Just you watch.
