i am amazing

i am amazing! since beginning my trek to self betterment and reaching an acceptable level of personal fitness, i have lost an amazing 7 lbs! that was never even my intent! suddenly my flat ass if lifty and nearing the level of fame of j.lo and other pop culture hos. hooray for me! i'm not even running my previous distance of 3km yet. i usually run about 2.4 and then walk a lap and then run the remainder. i will close the gap one day soon i hope. i feel good! i used to stop because my lungs would give out, poor asthmatic wheezy lungs, but now, if it's not my legs, it's sheer boredom. the treadmill faces a wall on which a bizarre radiohead poster is plastered. i have run so many times now while staring at that picture that i have all it's secrets figured out. it's ceases to amuse me and i just go, 'well, that's enough of that.'

i finally got a hold of cat! she and i are going shopping tomorrow. she apologized for her flakiness and not getting back to me sooner. i accepted the apology as that's all i really needed anyhow. so the plan for tomorrow is: wake up, run, shower, see cat, come home, call nova scotian al who will be in town, see her and then just chill.

i'm going to see aaron on thursday which i am definately looking forward to. i love that girl! we will drink tea and be happy!

tonight, i am reunited with napoleon dynamite and i get to watch it downstairs on the dvd player that i set up without instructions! it had to be set up through the vcr to the tv and i did it all by myself. near the end, dad came and sat with me and twiddled the buttons on remotes while i twiddled the wires so i guess he helped as well. and alex thought i couldn't do it! hello, i am a technician by trade! he said "ya but a dvd player isn't the same as a ventilator." and he's right, a ventilator is a hell of a lot more complicated than a dvd player!
